You get a limited, revocable license to access the Site. Don’t copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, bypass security, or disrupt the Service. Automated access requires our prior written consent.

1.8 Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, USA. Exclusive venue lies in courts located in Virginia, USA, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Using the Services after changes means you accept them.

2) Privacy Policy

2.1 Scope

This explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect Personal Information related to the Site and Services, including Wix-hosted components.

2.2 What we collect

(A) You provide: name, email, phone, company, role, messages/attachments; if you sign up to any portal, basic account data.


(B) Automatic: IP, device/browser info, pages viewed, referrers, session data, cookies/trackers.


(C) From partners/public: business contact enrichment or risk data where lawful.

 

Sensitive data: We don’t seek sensitive personal data. If a regulated insurance process requires it, we’ll present a specific notice and request any required consent.
